Controlling a VNETS Room with your SmartPhone

Zoom recently released a new App that will allow you to use basic controls in a room using your smartphone.
Once downloaded, you will need a Zoom account to log in but it can be a free account and does not need to be linked to the ECBOCES account.
Once logged, you will click on the Connect to Nearby Room and it will ask you for a SHARING KEY. This can be found on the top right corner of the Touch Panel in the Zoom Room.
If you are already in a meeting, touch anywhere on the touch screen to show the sharing key.
